Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During peak seasons or sales, processing may take longer.  We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Rates

Shipping Rates are calculated at checkout based upon weight and destination.

Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States of America

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged please email us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.

For lost packages, contact the carrier first. If you need further assistance, reach out to us.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns for used candles or soaps due to hygiene reasons.

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement
